Responsibilities:
- Regularly analyse Profit & Loss statements and investigate any significant variances.
- Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Month-End reporting and variance analysis.
- Collaboration with property managers on month-end results, providing insights and suggestions for financial improvements.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets.
- Review payroll.
- Inter-state travel to other properties and working with senior leadership.
- Lead a team of 6 people across the different properties.
Skills and Qualifications:
- CA/CPA.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background preferably within the hospitality sector managing a team.
- Strong analytical skills with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
- Comfortable working in an energised, team-oriented environment.
- Experience in collaborating with non-finance stakeholders, such as hotel managers and department heads.
